Comprehensive Structure of the Worldwide Associations
Under Martin Kirwans' chairmanship of the EBA, they acquired pre-Olympic status being recognized by the WPA. The EBA is also the governing body for European Blackball. The EBA is affiliated to Blackball International who are members of the World Pool Association. The WPA has 101 member countries. THE EPBF has 42 countries and is part of the World Pool Association.
