On behalf of the Irish Blakball Association, we would like to congratulate The Irish Pool Association on there achievement on winning the Barcelo World 8 Ball Team Championships in Blackpool. After beating England in the final they bring home the World Championship trophy again to Ireland. The I.P.A along with ourselves have a seasonal tour and with that produce world class players from Junior level to Senior level, also we should not forget the background staff who run these events as without them we would have no tours to participate in. Once again we would like to say a big congratulations on behalf of every one here at the Irish Blackball Association.
Warm Regards, Chairperson, Martin Kirwan
